Abstract:
Media messages have a variety of forms, including video, audio, readable and electronic. Accordingly, the present study aimed at presenting a proposed vision towards the establishment of a specialized social media that works through media materials and messages in shaping the positive orientation desired by the community members towards the special groups. For the previous spotted a number of findings and recommendations, the most important of which are:• The media certainly needs to review its priorities and move the media messages about volunteerism and volunteers.It is the effective means in dealing with their issues and changing the perceptions, it should be successive, fast and effective and convey the current reality of the rights and duties of people with special needs.• There are many leading models of people with special needs that need to be the focus of attention, through the use of electronic media to influence the modification of the societal perception in their ability to adapt and succeed, the study concluded in conclusion: the conduct of more educational research based on The use of "social" specialized media to raise awareness, qualify and guide people with special needs and their parents in cooperation with specialists and counselors.
