ملخص الدراسة
تعد وسائل الإعلام ذات أهمية في النظام السياسي وتربطها به علاقة تكاملية دائرية، ولاسيما حينما تقبل الدولة على حدث ما يشغل الرأي العام.
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على حجم التغطية الاعلامية للجهود الدبلوماسية، وذلك من خلال وجهة نظر النخبة الإعلامية الفلسطينية، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وذلك لتناسق المنهج مع موضوع الدراسة، ولضمان الوصول إلى نتائج متعمقة، كما استخدم الباحثان صحيفة الاستبان؛ وصولا لتحقيق الهدف المنشود.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الإعلام الفلسطيني غطى الجهود الدبلوماسية وتمثلت التغطية الإعلامية من خلال نقل وقائع الجهود الدبلوماسية، وإثارة وتوجيه الرأي العام، واستضافة شخصيات سياسية وقانونية لشرح القضايا المتعلقة بالاعتراف بالدولة، وأن هناك قضايا وموضوعات قد أثرت بشكل سلبي على الجهود الدبلوماسية، وتمثلت هذه القضايا في: الانقسام السياسي والجغرافي في البيت الفلسطيني، وعدم الجدية والضعف العربي، والتنصل والتدخل الخارجي في الشؤون الفلسطينية، والضغط على السلطة الفلسطينية، والاعتداءات الإسرائيلية، وتعثر المفاوضات الفلسطينية الإسرائيلية.
وانتهت الدراسة إلى: ضرورة تفعيل الجاليات الفلسطينية، وتفعيل الجهود الإعلامية في جميع دول العالم، والعمل الجاد على إنهاء الانقسام الفلسطيني، وإطلاق قنوات ناطقة بغير العربية لإطلاع العالم، وأروبا على وجه الخصوص على مجريات الأحداث في فلسطين المحتلة، والانتهاكات الإسرائيلية على كافة الأصعدة، بغية إحراج أوروبا والدول المساندة للاحتلال الإسرائيلي، أخذ موقف تجاه الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية، وتعبئة الرأي العام العالمي لصالح القضية الفلسطينية.
Abstract
The study aimed at exploring the Palestinian media's role in supporting the diplomatic efforts of state recognition from the Palestinian elite media's perspective. The study discussed the historical development of the idea of a Palestinian state in two phases; the modern and contemporary through demonstrating the events and incidents as well as exploring the Palestinian media concept, components, and reflection on society, and pointing to the relationship between the political and informational systems.
The scholar used the historical and analytical descriptive approaches as they highly become the topic of this study for getting profound results. Besides, the questionnaire was the tool of collecting data.
The study came to some results, the most important are:
- The Palestinian media supports the diplomatic efforts through covering news and proceedings, provoking and directing the public opinion, hosting political and legal characters to interpret the issues related to state recognition.
- Some issues affect the diplomatic efforts negatively like the Palestinian political and geographical division, unseriousness, Arab weakness, disavowal and external interference in the Palestinian affairs, exerting pressure on the Palestinian Authority, the Israeli aggressions, and the Israeli-Palestinian stalled negotiations.
Finally the study recommends the following:
- Necessity of activating the role of the Palestinian communities as well as the informational efforts around the world through activities in solidarity with the Palestinian case.
- Necessity of reunifying the Palestinian body.
Launch of non-Arabic tongue channels to convey the Palestinian incidents and Israeli aggressions to the world for embarrassing Europe and the countries that take the Israeli side and for mobilizing public opinion for the sake of the Palestinian case against the Israeli aggressions.
