لمّا كانَ الباحثُ قد أُسِرَ سنواتٍ طويلةً في سجون الاحتلال الاسرائيلي، ووقف على الواقع الذي يعيشه الأسرى في هذه السجون وشعورًا منه بالمسؤولية تجاه إخوانه من الأسرى، فقد قررَ أنْ يكتب في إحدى المشكلات الرئيسة التي يعيشها الأسرى وبخاصةٍ الذين يؤسرون مدة طويلة، وذوي الأحكام العالية ألا وهي مشكلةُ زواج الأسير.

   فالقارئ لهذا البحث سيقفُ على المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية التي يعيشها الأسرى؛ نتيجة لعدم الزواج، أو نتيجة لبعدهم من زوجاتهم، أو نتيجة لطلب زوجاتهم التفريق بسبب هذا الأسر، وسيجد القارئ محاولةً لطرح حلول شرعية؛ لمعالجة هذه المشكلات بعد فهمٍ وتحقيق لمناط واقع الأسر داخل السجون الاسرائيلية.

Summary:

Whereas the researcher has been captured for many years in Israeli jails, he stood on the reality of the captives in these prisons, and a sense of responsibility towards his fellow captives, He decided to write one of the main problems experienced by captives, especially those who are captured for long periods, and those with high judgments, namely the problem of marriage of captivate.
