Abastract:
It is no secret that the Arabic language suffers from challenges in the era of the open skies. The forces of arrogance deliberately exploit the gains of science and technological progress in the field of media and communication, marginalize them, disrupt their structures and undermine their historical status. Thus, they have inherited the bonds between the Arab peoples and their ancient civilizations. So it was the duty of the nation to make use of its efforts to defend its sanctuaries and establish its proper place, so that every Arab person can feel the authenticity of his independent personality and the glory of his long history.

الملخص:

لا يخفى على أحد ما تعانيه اللغة العربية من تحديات في عصر السماوات المفتوحة، إذ تَعْمد قوى الاستكبار إلى استثمار مكتسبات العلوم والتقدم التكنولوجي في مجال الإعلام والاتصال، لتهميشها وخلخلة بنياتها والنيل من مكانتها التاريخية، ومن ثم رث حبال الوصال بين الشعوب العربية وحضارتهم العريقة، وتفتيت الوحدة المأمولة بينهم، لذلك كان من واجب الأمة أن تُسَخِّرَ جهودَها للدفاع عن مكامن عزتها ورسم المكانة اللائقة بها، حتى يشعر من خلالها كل فرد عربي بأصالة شخصيته المستقلة، ومجد تاريخه العريق.
