مستخلص  الدراسة :

تهدف الدراسه الي تسليط الضوء والوقوف علي الجهود التي تبذلها المؤسسات الحكوميه لمعرفة   فاعلية الإتصال التنظيمي في تطوير العمل بتلك المؤسسسات ، وكذلك اللإطلاع علي التطورات الإتصاليه بوزارة الثقافه والإعلام والإتصال بولاية غرب دارفور,

تأتي أهمية الدراسه من أهمية الإتصال التنظيمي في المؤسسات الحكومية والوقوف علي التطورات التي حدثت في هذا المجال ومدي الإستفاده منها في تطوير الإداء. إستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسه ، والملاحظه والإستبيان كأدوات لجمع المعلومات ، وتم توزيع (100) إستمارة إستبانه علي العاملين بوزارة الثقافه والإعلام والإتصال بولاية غرب دارفور، ومن ثم جمعها وتحليلها بواسطه برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS .

توصلت الدراسه إلي عدد من النتائج أهمها: تقوم وزارة الثقافه والإعلام والإتصال بولاية غرب دارفور بتوفير المعلومات عن أنشطتها وبرامجها وخططتها الإستراتيجيه عبر الإتصال التنظيمي الفعال .

كما أوصت الدراسه بضرورة عقد ورش عمل وندوات والمشاركه في المؤتمرات الإقليميه والدولية لمواكبة التطوات التي تحدث في مجال الإتصال التنظيمي والإستفاده منها.

Abstract

       This study aims at focusing on the efforts exerted by government, institutions to determine the effectiveness of organize communications in the development of these institutions . It also seeks to know the developments in communications in the ministry of culture , information and communications.

        The importance of this study is bored on the importance of the organizational communication in governmental institutations as well as the knowledge of the development that occurred in this area and the extent of benefits gain of in the development of peformance of the workface.

         The researches employed descriptive analysis methodology , obervation and questionare as tools in collecting information. One hundred questionare fors were distributed to the employees in the ministy of culture , information and communication in the state of west Darfour . These were collected and analyed by the spss program.

        The study reached a number of results of which the most important area . The ministry of culture , information and communications in the state of west Darfour , makes available inforation about its activities , programs and stratigic plans via effective organaizational communication.

          The study are commended the importance of organizing workshopes seminars and participation in regional and international carfences to keep abreast with and .Make use of the developments in the area of organizational communication.
