ملخص البحث

تهدف هذه الورقة إلى التعرف الى الدور الكبير الذي أدَّاه الاعلام الجديد من خلال الشبكة المعلوماتية التي تعدُّ وعاء الإعلام الجديد ومدى تاثير ذلك في التحولات السياسية التي شهدتها المنطقة. بوصفه وسيلة اتصال مهمة من حيث تعدد وظائفه وتأثيره في اتجاهات الرأي العام. إذ تمكنت الثورة المعلوماتية بتشكيل خارطة جديدة في العمل الإعلامي وبلورتها، انعكس على جميع مجالات الحياة. كما أحدث التطور التكنلوجي والمعلوماتي نقلة نوعية في التاثير في العملية السياسية في الكثير من الدول. وتعدد اساليب الممارسة الديمقراطية وتأثرها بقضايا الشعوب. وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في أن الاعلام الجديد بدأ يعاني قيود السلطة والمال مما ينعكس سلباً على المادة الإعلامية التي تقدمها تلك الوسائل. وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في ان الإعلام الجديد وما يقدمه من مادة اعلامية أصبحت مصدرا لوسائل الإعلام المختلفة ناهيك عن الجمهور العريض الذي ممكن أن تصل له هذه الرسائل. وركزت الدراسة في تفاعل الأداء الإعلامي مع التحولات السياسية، ودور المنظومة التفاعلية الالكترونية في الإعلام الجديد. ولقد توصل الباحث إلى العديد من النتائج من بينها أن الإعلام الجديد يعد أحد أهم مصادر المعلومات لدى الجمهور وبخاصة الأحداث والقضايا المهمة. وهي بذلك أصبحت تحقق أعلى نسب مشاهدة الأمر الذي يشير إلى حتمية تحديث وتطوير المادة الإعلامية المقدمة في تلك الوسائل. ولقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الابتعاد من الطائفية والانفتاح على المواد الإعلامية التي يتابعها المشاهدون واتاحه الفرصة للأجيال الصاعدة لتحقيق أهداف تلك الوسائل في تحسين جودة مخرجات الإعلام.

             This search paper aims to identify the great role played by the new media through the information network which consider the pot of the new media that affects the political transitions that have taken place in the region (Arabs countries).  As an important means of communication in terms of its multiplicity of functions and its impact on public opinion trends. Where the information revolution was able to form and develop a new map in the media work, which reflected in all areas of life. As well as the technological and information development has brought about a qualitative shift in the impact on the political process in many countries. And the multiplicity of methods of democratic practice and its influence on the issues of the people.

     The problem of this study is that the new media is beginning to suffer from the constraints of power and money, which reflects negatively on the media material provided by these media. The importance of the study is highlighted in the fact that the new media and its media material has become a source of different media, not to mention the broad public that these messages can reach. Furthermore, the study focused on the interaction of media performance with political transformations, and the role of the electronic interactive system in the new media.

       The researcher has reached many conclusions, including that the new media is one of the most important sources of information in the public, especially important events and issues. In doing so, it has achieved the highest viewership, which indicates the imperative to update and develop the information material provided in those media. The study recommended the need to move away from sectarianism and openness to the media materials that viewers follow and give it the opportunity for future generations to achieve the goals of these means in improving the quality of media outputs.
