ملخص البحث

تعتبر حركات التحرر من القوى الرئيسية التي تعتمد عليها الدول المحتلة لنيل حقوقها واستقلالها، فتستطيع من خلال مقاومة الاحتلال ان تحافظ على مكانتها بين جماهيرها  وكذلك تشكيل صورتها الجيدة محليا ودوليا، لذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى القاء الضوء على الدور الذي تقوم به الدوائر الإعلامية في حركة التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني فتح في تشكيل صورتها الذهنية الإيجابية لدى الشعب الفلسطيني والشعوب الأخرى، ورصد الجهود التي تبذلها في مواجهة جهود الدعاية الإسرائيلية لتشويه صورة حركات التحرر الفلسطينية، كما تعالج الورقة دور وسائل الاعلام في تشكيل الصورة الذهنية لحركة فتح وأهمية الصورة الذهنية لحركة فتح التي تقود الجهود السياسية من اجل نيل حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني وقد استخدم الباحث عينة من القائمين بالاتصال ممثلين بالقيادات الاعلامية التي تحدد السياسات الاعلامية وتدير مؤسسات الاعلام في حركة فتح، وبعد المقابلة المققنة مع الشخصيات توصلت الدراسة بان ادارة ملف الاعلام في حركة فتح بحاجة الى تنظيم اكثر وترابط وتنسيق بين هيئاتها، كما ان وسائل الاعلام التابعة للحركة بحاجة الى تمويل من قبل الحركة حتى تستطيع الايفاء بالتزاماتها تجاه الجمهور التابع للحركة، كما اكدت نتائج الدراسة بان وسائل الاتصال لحركة فتح لا تقوم بواجباتها في تغطية الفعاليات والانشطة التي تقوم بها الحركة وخصوصا في قطاع غزة بسبب قلة الدعم المالي وكذلك الوضع الامني في غزة، وتوصلت الدراسة بان حركة فتح لديها كفاءات علمية في مجال الاعلام ولكن لا يتم توظيفهم بالشكل الجيد للعمل في مؤسسات الاعلام التابعة للحركة.

The liberation movements are considered as one of the major forces that occupied countries depend on to proclaim their basic rights and independence.It is through resistance to occupation that it maintains its status and forming positive image domestically and internationally.However,it is the intention of this research paper to highlights the potential role played by media services in the Palestinian national liberation movement of Fatah ,also in shaping a positive upsetting of the Palestinian population as well as other peoples,and in monitoring its efforts against Israel's propaganda.The research also  examines the role of media in framing a mental upsetting of Fatah movement,as well as its significant role which is leading efforts to achieve Palestinian's rights. The Communicators as representatives media leaders who determine the policies and manage the media organisations in Fatah movement. The study after concluded that the media file management in Fatah movement needs more organization,coherence and coordination between its facilities.Besides that it needs funding from the movement to meet its commitments to its public .The results of the studies also confirmed the movement's means of communication are with Fatah do not fulfill its duty in covering the activities it carries out for the movement,especially in Gaza strip owing to a lack of financial support as well as the security situation in Gaza.It also found that Fatah has scientific qualifications in the field of media ,but they are not explained to work in the media organisations of the movement.
